This driver is for the 3Com/USRobotics 5695, and is currently installed on my daughter's computer running Win98SE. It eill work on any Win9X, and maybe on Win2000 OS. After unzipping the USR56k.zip file to an empty folder you have created, there will be 4 files 1. mdmusr.zip 2. mdmusrv.inf 3. USR5695_9X.exe (self extracting) 4. usrwave.inf I installed the drivers by copying the 2 inf files (mdusrv.inf & usrwave.inf), to a 3 1/2' floppy disk (drive A \). Upon installing the modem, when Win 98 asked where to find the inf files, I pointed to the A \ drive (default), and had no problem. Just in case, I have included 1. mdmusr.zip, and 3. USR5695_9x.exe.
