For the Star NX2430 Equivalent Drivers for Windows 3.0 up - A Star NX2420 Multifont driver is equivalent, Multifont NOT Rainbow! In the Standard/Epson Mode it operates like the Epson LQ-860/850 In the IBM Mode it operates like the IBM Proprinter X24E/24P, PS1. These Modes are selected through the control panel The drivers for the above also work, I have used the drivers for the LQ-850 with success on some computers, in a pinch. I am still using my NX2430 on a daily basis, with my PII 233 w/ WIN98, using the enclosed driver. | |
